The Fire Knight can be a difficult boss to defeat, but if you use the right method, you'll be able to defeat the boss in no time!
The Fire Knight is a boss that applies a massive shield that you have to attack to knock him down and deal serious damage to the boss directly. The shield reduces 80% of incoming damage while active. So your goal is to get him down and keep him down to deal some damage and trip the boss.
Up to level 6 the boss has a 5 hit shield, after level 7 to level 9 this increases to 7 hit shields. From floor 10 to floor 21 you will have to take down a 10 hit shield and finally from 21 to 25 you will face a 12 hit shield.
Fireknight can drop some of the best artifacts in the game that will help you in the arena to crush your opponents and get into this elusive arena!
Some of the best sets for this boss are Shield, Immunity, Critical Damage, and Stun Gear.
Strat 1
multiple strike a1
This strategy aims to break the shield with the multiple hits, and then while the shield is down you have to land, decrease defense, decrease turn gauge, decrease healing and attack.
These skills are key to making this work because without lowering the defense it will take forever for you to kill the boss. Checking the turn meter is important to keep the shield down and not atomize you with its big AOE.
Heal Reduction is a debuff for Sleeping OP that can improve or break your runtime, as without it, Fireknight will heal much of the damage he just dealt.
Some MVPs for this strategy arePharmacistjCold heart.PharmacistHe's one of the MVPs because he has a 3-hit A1, which is very useful when the Fire Knight's shield is broken. Also, the speed bonus will help your team attack while the shield is down and rotate the abilities they come back faster.
Cold heartHe is an MVP due to his huge turn meter + damage control. Heartseeker ability is strong for this dungeon boss.
Strat 2
Counterattack or allied attack
This strategy aims to get as many shield hits as possible, either by deploying an allied Attack Ability Champion or a Counter Buff on your team. Both are effective, one is an offensive ability and the other is a defensive ability.
The allied attacker, like the Catacomb Advisor, attacks the Fire Knight along with his allies, all using the standard A1 ability. This means you can potentially break the shield very quickly and get better abilities from your team onto the boss much faster.
A champion likeskull crusheradds a counter buff to his team so that when the Fire Knight attacks him, he will retaliate and count his hits towards the hits required to break the shield. With askull crusherYou won't need as many as1s from multi hits because you will get counter hits on the boss when he uses his shield. This is one of the surest ways to defeat the Fire Knight, but it's time-consuming as you have to wait for them to attack you in order to defeat the Shield.
A... haveCold heartIt wouldn't hurt to lower the turn meter or anyone else who can on this build. Heal reduction is still very important so you don't have to keep doing the damage over and over again, and its A1 4-hitter is great when paired with a counter champion or an allied offense champion.
layer 3
reflect damage
This strategy aims to have a champion cast the reflected damage abilityrush. ThatreflectThe damage ability gives your team a buff similar to counterattack. If your team is attacked, return that damage to the shield 5 times, so it starts with 5 charges instead of 10. The damage he does is minimal, but the speed at which you take control of the Fire Knight is greatly improved and now you will. Get a chance to keep your shield off and get your debuffs!
This is a slow but effective run!
layer 4
Rotate the meter control
This strategy aims to have a champion that never takes a turn for the Fire Knight! The easiest way to do this is with champions likearmor&Alure. The hardest part of this strategy is turning champions with meter control into fire knights as they need a lot of stats, critical hits, accuracy, speed and HP and if they get hit they will probably die very quickly. To activate these champions you need a lot of speed and a lot of control over your team, like AOE.aturde, caused, Öfreezes.
This is one of the best approaches to defeating the Knight of Fire, and Armiger can play friendly and strong elsewhere!
These are just some of the strategies to defeat the Fire Knight. Which one will you use? If you need more information, watch the Fireknight video below and happy raiding!

Controlling the rev counter has to be the most satisfying strategy! However, getting your muddy controller champions through waves can be difficult. Nice article, now grab your stunners :D

Angar deserves some credit here with reflected damage and counter to self by taking 7 shields in one hit - Void affinity is a must for Fireknight 20 if you're not as callous as I am after 8 months into the game :P

Why the hell does Plarium bring immortal enemies to FK? It's really annoying to have to stop attacking the same character after 45 minutes!

Why do they generally use immortal opponents in PVE content?

But all you need is a little cc. Put someone in a stun kit or with a CC ability and you'll get over it.

I was having a really hard time getting past level 20 until I rewatched your How to Beat Fire Knight Dungeon video and traded my Chevalier for Valkyrie and BEAT IT!
Thanks for the instructions as always!

Yes, surprisingly, trading a trashy rarity for one of the best Legendaries in the game gets you through a lot of content.

Does anyone know how much defense mobs have in Fireknight 25? I thought I remembered seeing a chart at some point but I can't find it online. (I'm trying to optimize my royal guard and seer for sprints)

Is there a champion that can take out the undead and still be effective for the boss fight? I had a fight but I don't know how good it would be for the boss fight tbh.

This dungeon is so hard... I'm 200 days old and I don't have Coldheart or Apothecary. Armiger is too slow to just keep the turn meter down and has only one a1 hit. 2 arms keep the turn meter down but cannot break the shield. My most wanted champions for this dungeon are Coldheart and Alure. It is very difficult.

I just pulled an Alure! My team's idea is: Deacon, Alure, Fahrakin, Bivald(?) and Elhain(?). I'll have a hard time going against waves at 20 for strength reasons, but the boss should go down easily. I wish I had a good buffer then I could build a visionary team.

I completed this dungeon with Ninja, Deac, Bivald, Fat Man and Armiger.

If anyone needs help with a team for anything in this game please go to the Hell Hades Discord Server. Firstly it is a really nice server and secondly many really good players can help you build dungeon, clan boss and arena teams.

hello, does anyone know the speed of the lvl 20 wave? I need to know the theory to create a 2/1 team for a clan member :)

you did that Is there a formula to calculate how much speed you need to go 2:1? Getting 200 Speed 2:1 against a 100 Speed Fyro can't be that easy, can it?

Just get 25 with Seer, Deacon, Alure, Kreela, and Kymar. However, it is not consistent as Deac can be resisted and 1 bad move for Alure kills the entire team. I will keep farming 20 with the old gear until I get Renegade.
SS2020usuarioDecember 1, 2022 at 10:47 amLog in to reply
100% gear now with better gear, Archmage instead of Kreela, and Yumeko instead of Kymar.

Just because it hasn't been said yet, if you have a UDK it's really good for keeping your team alive for waves since most hits are single targets.
I choose the route with reduced turn meter, I can get to Fyro alive on FK20 100% with the whole team, Arminger (or anyone else) just needs to have over 20-25k hp to survive (around 150-180 speed and a speed boost, 1 stun AOE, enough TM reduction to stall the boss).BigChopsDecember 11, 2022 at 6:08 p.mLog in to reply
