Petyr is a Nosferatu-like vampire who is about 8,000 years old and lives on the ground floor of the apartment. He is the vampire who turned Deacon and Nick. He generally keeps to himself and doesn't like to get excited and never completes the chores Viago has him do for him. Since INFJs are known for being somewhat mystical and quiet, there's no better candidate for the role than Petyr. Petyr probably sees his lack of housework as a way to help himself.
